Grant Finder & Drafting

Know which grant to apply for β€” before your competitors do.

Start free trial

Finding the right grant is half the battle. Abkus Academic monitors active funding opportunities across the US, Europe, Canada, and Brazil, then scores each one against your research project on a 0–100% compatibility scale. When you find a strong match, the AI drafts the core proposal sections β€” abstract, specific aims, methodology, and budget justification β€” tailored to the agency's format and priorities.

How it works

1

Opportunity Sync

Active funding calls are fetched daily from NIH Guide RSS, NSF, and agency websites. Each opportunity is indexed with deadline, funding ceiling, eligible research areas, and activity code.

2

Compatibility Scoring

Your project title, description, research area, and product type are matched against each grant. The AI returns a 0–100 score with a written justification and a list of strengthening recommendations.

3

Requirement Mapping

For each compatible grant, the system lists required documents, eligibility conditions, and submission checklist items specific to that agency and mechanism.

4

Proposal Drafting

On request, the AI drafts: title, abstract, specific aims/objectives, methodology, expected results, impact statement, and budget justification. Output follows the agency's preferred structure.
